Researched and implemented Intelligent Networks retry mechanism to retry on different Service Control Points in case of failures.

Researched and implemented the Intelligent Networks Assisting Service Switching Function in the UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunication System) specifications and developed high-level design documents.

CONSULTANT
INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS (May 2000 - Dec 2000)

Implemented stored procedures in SQL-Server for a financial application that was used to generate meaningful summations of expenditure/revenue for the customer. This software helped the customer keep track of their expenditure trends and help them figure out what areas to concentrate on to help keep their costs down. The GUI was implemented in Java Swing.

Developed some of the logic behind partsamerica.com WebPages (Using HTML, ASP, VBScript and JavaScript) and also resized all the images to be displayed on the website so that they fit properly on a resolution of 800 X 600. Scripts to achieve this were written in the Debbabilizer imaging software.

ITC - INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIVISION (Oct 1998 - Jun 1999)

Developed a Web application called Feedback@NET, which is a dynamically customizable Feedback Form System for courses and seminars conducted by the customer (An education and training provider). Technologies used: Visual Interdev, ASP, HTML, JavaScript, and VBScript with MS-SQL Server.

Developed a software application that created reports based on data collected from various parts of the country in terms of the quantity of ITC cigarettes sold. It drew charts that helped focus on geographic areas where a greater sales initiative/marketing strategy was required. Technologies used: Oracle and Powerbuilder.

Developed a Data Encryption and Decryption package that is capable of 1024 - bit encryption using the "Diffie-Hellman" technique of "Data Cryptography". Developed at Sasken Communications Pvt. Ltd. Implemented in C in DOS.

Received a certificate of merit for presentation of a research paper based on the "Diffie-Hellman" technique of "Data Cryptography" at the Mysore Chapter of the Convention held by Computer Society of India.
